One Season. One Intervention. Documented Results.

Follow a real farmer through the KVK process — from soil diagnosis to harvest. Every number here is from our 2025 Kharif season field records.

SOIL DIAGNOSIS
Phase 01 — The Problem

A soil test revealed what three failed seasons couldn't explain.

Ravi Kumar's two-acre paddy plot in Maddur block had been underperforming since 2022. Nitrogen was normal. But a Krishi KVK soil health card revealed severe zinc deficiency — invisible to the eye, devastating to the yield.

TRAINING CAMP
Phase 02 — The Intervention

140 farmers. One demonstration plot. One morning that changed practice.

Our agronomists set up a side-by-side demonstration in Nagamangala — zinc-treated versus untreated paddy, same variety, same water. The difference was visible within 30 days. The training camp ran for two days with hands-on soil sampling and integrated pest management.

HARVEST OUTCOME
Phase 03 — The Result

38% more paddy. Same land. Same water. Better knowledge.

Ravi's yield jumped from 42 quintals to 58 quintals per acre. Across the 140 farmers who adopted the zinc + improved variety protocol, average yield gains were 38%. The KVK follow-up visit documented everything — now a model for Sira and Tumkur blocks.
